Summer = ice cream! I went a few years barely eating treats like this for fear of what it would do to my body. Now I know that it will bring me joy to grab a scoop of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream with my friends. In a perfect world, I would bake muffins from scratch but lucky for me there are some delicious health-driven brands on the market when it comes to boxed mixes — Kodiak Chocolate Chip Muffins with a side of nuts, fruit, and coconut.
Summer without fruit??? No way. A simple bowl of peaches, strawberries, and blueberries. The best summer food a girl could find.
