Weekly Eats Three
This is where I come to share my latest munches. Hoping to fuel some meal time inspiration and make plates everywhere more colorful!
Day 2: The cutest lunch date! Michelle made this D E L I C I O U S artichoke and roasted potato salad with arugula and homemade dressing. I went back for seconds.
Day 3: I don’t drink coffee and certainly wouldn’t classify myself as a Starbucks girl, but while jumping airports during the month of December, I got these Red Pepper Egg White Bites at least three times! I am obsessed with this nutritious vegetarian option. Here is a recipe I’m looking to try to make them at home! Complete with a Vegan Sprouted Bagel (my new favorite bagel ever) and peppermint tea!
Day 4: Some snacks I’ve been loving this week! Bear Naked is a granola brand I stand behind because their products are limited ingredients and typically lower in sugar. Decided to try the Trail Mix Granola Bites! Also pictured — ThinkThin High Protein Bar and popcorn (aka my love language). This brand is Smartfood Delight.
