Weekly Eats One
This is where I come to share my latest munches. Hoping to fuel some meal time inspiration and make plates everywhere more colorful!
Day 2 Home-cooked meals from my Grandma are everything. Pan seared salmon with lemon juice and cilantro, roasted brussels + butternut squash, and a mix of whole grains.
Day 3 Smoothie! While I tend to make my own, this week I picked up Zest. A blend of fruit, spinach, spirulina, plant protein, and nut milk.
Day 4 Chicken Pesto Pasta. I used whole grain for this recipe. Ready in a couple of steps and a wonderful leftover or packed lunch. Side of steamed broccoli.
Day 6 Ahhhhhh. That’s all I can say. Brunching at Sleepy Bee Cafe in Cincinnati while visiting my bestie. I munched on the quinoa and buckwheat pancakes while she went for the classic breakfast. We shared a bee pollen smoothie (yay for trying new things!).
Day 7 A new variation of avocado toast… two slices of German whole rye bread topped with alfalfa sprouts + ½ an avo. A hardboiled egg on half and some baby tomatoes on the side.
